Mae Hong Son has its own airport and it is an attraction of its own to safely land and arrive through the mountains. Also you can come all the way up from Thailand’s 2nd biggest city Chiang Mai with a motorcycle through Thousands of curves/serpentines and stunning views on the way, simply wow.
Option three are the VIP shuttle busses, same fantastic view and if wanted you can sleep while travelling.
